One of the bedrock principles of leadership (that I thankfully learned early on in my ministry) is to raise up other leaders. Surround yourself with extraordinary people of sound character and solid competence. Then, keep your eyes open for those that shine! My friend and brother Tipasa is one of those extraordinary people. It has been a privilege to walk along side of him as he is stepping into what God has for him as a worshipper and leader of worship.
